I offer a free face-to-face no commitment chemistry session for every new client to find out more about you and what makes you tick. To chat over your goals and get to know each other. We can do these over coffee at your house, at your gym or at my private gym space. I’ll gather all the info I need to put together a personalised training plan and we can make a plan from there.

Once we’ve had a chat I’ll create a training plan tailored specifically to you. How many sessions you need and how long each session lasts is down to your goals. Breaking down the longer term goal into weekly bitesized chunks is the way to success. We will check in throughout the journey to ensure that you are on track to smashing your goals.

We can meet at my private gym space where no one else will train when you do with kit set up ready for your session. Alternatively, if this isn’t for you then I can meet you at your home, place of work or we can use Bollington Health & Leisure’s gym.

Each session will be tailored to not only your goals but to you as a person, if you have any injuries or health conditions they will all be taken into account. We will start you at your very own starting point and gradually build up from there. As you get fitter & stronger you will be able to do more, lift more, handle more.

As long as you give 24 hours notice there will be no charge for your session. Understandably things do come up last minute but if you can try and give as much notice as possible this will allow me to offer your booked session time to a client who is waiting.

You’ll be given homework! Only joking… but happy to provide it if you want it. A lot of my clients enjoy their sessions so much that I send copies for them to practice & follow in their own time. This is a great way to keep on track, to utilise any gym memberships that you have and to speed up the process of reaching your goals.
